Bhubaneswar is set to transform into a digital powerhouse with the announcement of a 34-storey state-of-the-art IT tower in Satya Nagar.

Spanning six acres, this project, spearheaded by the Odisha government, is poised to bolster the region’s digital economy, foster IT investments, and support entrepreneurship.

The modern structure, designed to accommodate over 8,000 professionals, will feature premium facilities including a club, library, reception, and spacious parking across three basements. Additionally, an observation deck will offer breathtaking views of the city’s evolving skyline.

Strategically located near Smart Janpath and Cuttack-Puri Road, the IT tower ensures accessibility and convenience, reinforcing its appeal to the private sector.

This project is part of the broader Twin City mega IT hub, a 1,000-hectare initiative spanning Bhubaneswar and Cuttack to nurture startups, mid-sized firms, and multinational corporations.

Managed by the Odisha Bridge Construction Corporation (OBCC), this development aligns with the state’s vision of establishing Bhubaneswar as a hub of IT excellence in eastern India.

Expected to be operational within five years, this ambitious endeavour reaffirms Odisha’s commitment to innovation and progress, creating a landmark project that rivals established tech corridors across the nation.
