Mumbai(Newshub Desk): Former Odisha Chief Minister and current Leader of the Opposition Naveen Patnaik underwent a successful cervical arthritis surgery at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.
The procedure was performed by renowned cardiovascular surgeon Dr. Ramakanta Panda, who is also Patnaik’s personal physician.
Hospital authorities confirmed the surgery was smooth, and Patnaik remains stable under observation for two days.
Prior to the operation, Patnaik took to his official X account to inform the public, expressing gratitude and seeking blessings from Lord Jagannath as well as support from the people of Odisha.
The news has drawn widespread attention, with an outpouring of well-wishes from across the state.
As one of Odisha’s longest-serving leaders, Patnaik continues to command immense respect and concern from his supporters and citizens.
