Bhubaneswar,( Newshub Desk) – In a significant administrative overhaul, the Odisha government has reassigned officers across key departments to improve municipal governance.
The reshuffle, overseen by the Housing and Urban Development (H&UD) Department, impacts officials from the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS), Odisha Revenue Service (ORS), Odisha Municipal Administrative Service (OMAS), and Odisha Municipal Finance Service (OMFS).
Officers have been appointed as Executive Officers, Deputy Commissioners, and Enforcement Officers under foreign service terms to enhance efficiency in urban management. Among the prominent postings:
- Gyanjeet Tripathy (OAS) – Executive Officer, Koraput Municipality
- Hariom Bhoi (OAS) – Deputy Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation
- Pooja Rout (OMAS) – Additional Executive Officer, Jeypore Municipality
- Lipsha Ray (OAS) – Deputy Commissioner (TP), Bhubaneswar Development Authority
