The much-discussed domestic dispute involving Ollywood stars Anubhav Mohanty and Barsha Priyadarshini reached a conclusion recently, as the court dismissed the case filed by Barsha. In the 2020 case, Barsha accused Anubhav and his family of domestic violence and sought financial support and security. However, after reviewing the evidence, the court found no proof to support her claims and ruled in favor of Anubhav.
This ruling comes after the couple officially finalized their divorce, marking an end to their turbulent marriage. The court’s decision brought relief to Anubhav and his family, stating he is not liable to provide financial compensation to his ex-wife, Barsha.
Anubhav, a former Member of Parliament and a celebrated actor, has since moved on and remarried, embarking on a new chapter in his personal life. This verdict signifies the closure of a prolonged and highly publicized legal battle.
