PM Modi Embarks on Strategic Three-State Visit, Boosting Infrastructure and Trade

(Newshub Desk) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a pivotal three-state tour, aiming to bolster India’s infrastructure, trade, and media innovation sectors.

On May 1st, the PM will inaugurate WAVES 2025, the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This global event will bring together creators, policymakers, and businesses from over 90 countries, establishing Mumbai as a hub for digital and media excellence.

The next day, in Vizhinjam, Kerala, PM Modi will dedicate India’s first container transshipment port, the Vizhinjam International Deepwater Multipurpose Seaport, to the nation. This project is designed to enhance logistics and trade efficiency, positioning India strategically in global commerce.

Concluding his visit, Modi will address a series of inaugurations and launches in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, worth over ₹58,000 crore.

The projects include advanced transportation networks, housing schemes, administrative centers, defense facilities, and the PM Ekta Mall. These initiatives aim to improve connectivity, uplift rural artisans, and boost regional development.

This tour highlights India’s commitment to economic growth, regional empowerment, and global leadership.
