Bhubaneswar, Odisha – April 25, 2025: In a solemn ceremony at Raj Bhavan’s Abhishek Hall, Odisha marked a significant moment in its governance framework as the newly appointed State Chief Information Commissioner and three State Information Commissioners officially took office. The event was presided over by Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, who administered the oath of office and secrecy.

Manoj Kumar Parida assumed the role of State Chief Information Commissioner, supported by Pranabindu Acharya, Pabitra Mandal, and Smt. Kalpana Pattnaik as State Information Commissioners. The ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including Odisha Legislative Assembly Speaker Surama Padhy and Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, among others.
