Burla, 09 December 2025: TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL) is pleased to announce its participation in the National Lok Adalat being organized across India by NALSA/OSLSA on 13 December 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This initiative provides consumers with a golden opportunity to resolve pending electricity theft and assessment cases in a fast, transparent, and customer-friendly manner.
To ensure smooth facilitation, TPWODL has put in place extensive arrangements across all Sub-Divisional (SDO) and Section Offices, including assistance for documentation, verification and payment support during the Lok Adalat.
Consumers with pending cases are advised to visit their nearest SDO or Section Office at the earliest for registration and completion of required preliminary formalities, enabling them to derive maximum benefit during the Lok Adalat.
This initiative aims to promote long-pending dispute resolution, faster case closure, and an improved overall consumer experience through a fair and conciliatory process.
