500 Lucky Consumers Chosen as TPCODL Promotes Digital Payments through ‘Bill Pay & Win’

Bhubaneswar, February 15, 2026: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, continues to drive timely bill payments and digital adoption through its Bill Pay & Win initiative.

The scheme recognizes customers with zero arrears who consistently pay their electricity bills on time via digital platforms, reinforcing a culture of financial discipline and convenience.

On February 14, 2026, TPCODL selected 500 customers across six categories from the July–December 2025 cycle. Fifteen senior citizens from Bhubaneswar participated in the selection event held at TPCODL’s MDC.

Sharing his experience, customer Rajendra Kumar Swain said, “Digital payment is simple and convenient—we scan the QR code and pay via UPI. The rebate for opting out of physical bills is an added benefit. We now use this for both our society and individual meters.”
