Bhubaneswar: In a major move, the Chetak Screen Awards will be streamed live globally for the first time in 20 years, alongside its television broadcast, as nominations for this year’s awards are announced.
Leading the nominations is Dhurandhar with 24 nods, followed by Saiyaara with 17 and Homebound with 15.
The awards, presented by the Screen Academy under the The Indian Express Group, continue to uphold a reputation for fairness and editorial independence.
Top acting nominees include Ranveer Singh, Ishaan Khatter, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
With OTT categories gaining equal prominence, the nominations reflect the changing landscape of Indian entertainment, where digital platforms are now central to storytelling.
