Bhubaneswar, September 22, 2026: Mr. Gajanan S. Kale, Chief of Odisha Distribution Business and CEO of TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Times Icons of Odisha 2026’, organised by The Times of India, under the category “Excellence in Energy Leadership & Power sector transformation.”
The award was presented to Mr. Kale by the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, at an event held at Hotel Mayfair Convention, Bhubaneswar.
The recognition acknowledges leadership and contribution towards strengthening the power and energy ecosystem and supporting the broader economic development of Odisha. Under Mr. Kale’s leadership, TPCODL has continued to focus on reliable power supply, consumer-centric services, digitalisation, technology-led solutions and sustainable energy initiatives across Central Odisha.
